John Richardson, Stop Extraterritorial American Taxation

Toronto-based lawyer John Richardson is our guest this week at 4TN. He was born in the United States and has lived almost all of his life outside and spent the best part of a decade helping US Citizens with FATCA the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act. John has set up a group with Laura Snyder and Karen Alpert called Stop Extraterritorial American Taxation. They are presenting to the Senate on April 7th about the impact this is having on people’s lives.
